Frank May

Senior Project Engineer

Frank graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering along with an Engineering Management minor from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has a certificate in Wind Energy and has been a Certified Siemens Engineer since 2015. His programming expertise covers many PLCs including Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, and B&R. Outside of PLCs, he's also worked with LabVIEW, Fanuc, Universal Robots, .NET, Android Apps, and hobby electronics. Frank’s experience spans various industries including automotive, medical, food, research, startups, manufacturing, and green energy.

When he’s not on DMC projects, or speaking about himself in the third person which I hope doesn't destroy the illusion you had that this was penned by a career-career-biographer, Frank may be found putting more miles into his 50+ running shoe collection, carbon triathlon bike, wetsuit, or various costumes that he thinks are funny to race in. He's also known to ghost produce viral videos and figure out which film lenses work best with M43 cameras.
