With a strong understanding of the technical systems that DMC works with, the Engineering Salesperson is able to grow new and existing business. The Engineering Salesperson provides leadership in sales, marketing, account management, networking, lead development, and channels relationships.


  • Work Experience: 5+ Years relevant experience 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in technical (engineering) or business field

Required Skills:

  • Technical understanding of the technologies DMC works with and the services DMC provides 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of selling engineering services
  • Ability to quickly identify customer pain points
  • Estimation of required hardware and software budgets for large projects
  • Project Management
  • Listening
  • Networking
  • Quickly Learn New Technologies
  • Understanding complex system designs
  • Identify & communicate through proper channels new opportunities for DMC
