DMC is looking for a self-motivated person to join our accounting team in a full-time position in our Chicago office. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable accounting experience and contribute to a growing technology company.

Location: Chicago



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field 
  • GPA: 3.4
  • 3+ years of accounting experience 
  • Highly proficient using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Experience with SQL and data analytics preferred 
  • Familiarity with SharePoint a plus


  • Manage the weekly timesheet review process, ensuring time across all employees is entered correctly  
  • Oversee general and travel expense report processes and manage expense reimbursements 
  • Track and manage the approval process for project time and project expenses
  • Accurately enter new purchase orders and initial customer set-up 
  • Work with project managers to ensure accurate billing of customers
  • Assist project managers with managing project budgets
  • Prepare customer invoices for both time & expenses and fixed bid projects 
  • Ensure all company bills are paid in a timely fashion 
  • Prepare reports on company finances, revenue, and expenses

Compensation Please note compensation is based on experience:

  • $65,000-$85,000 (full-time salary)

DMC typically evaluates compensation and grants raises on an annual basis (raise amounts are dependent on company and individual performance).
