Each month, a different DMC office location gives the rest of the company an update. In the spirit of OneDMC, it helps keep us all connected and up-to-date on the latest employees, projects, and events. Though a PowerPoint is generally required, some offices kick things up a notch with a video finale. These videos are kept on top secret lockdown until they're unveiled at our monthly company meetings to much anticipation.
 
When the baton was last passed to Houston, we proudly presented the video below, replete with banjos, cowboy boots, and a green screen. Following in our own shoes this month was going to be difficult.
 
While brainstorming ideas, we noticed how many people had joined DMC's Pokémon Go Slack channel. With Pokémania at its peak, we decided this month was the time to strike.

Who's That Pokémon?

You may have noticed a guest appearance from Bagley. While not one of the Original 151, Bagley has some powerful abilities like "Snack Mode" where he eats half of Costco bag of trail mix in the span of 30 minutes.

Hunting in Houston

On the whole, Houston has your standard array of common Pokémon like Rattata, Pidgey, and Caterpie. We do have a few that our friends in other offices envy, like Doduo, Bulbasaur, Pinsir, and the occasional Jigglypuff. 
 
Houston also has a bridge along the bayou with a natural bat colony living under it. Appropriately, there are tons of Zubats and Golbats that spawn right around sundown. 
 
If you're lucky, you might even catch a Tauros at the Houston Rodeo!
