Visual and Audible Alarm Synchronization Tester

DMC designed and implemented a system for performing automated testing of visual (strobe) and audible (alarm) signal appliances to ensure that these devices comply with UL and ANSI standards. Structural Health Monitoring with National Instruments LabVIEW

DMC was approached by a Structural Engineering and Architecture firm to develop a system for remote data acquisition and monitoring. The need was to have accurate collection with automatic triggering and synchronization of data. DMC worked with the client to specify and implement Data Acquisition hardware from National Instruments, and developed and commissioned software to provide critical in-field data for structural assessment and design feedback.

Vacuum Leak Detector for Helium Cooling System

The client maintains and operates a large piece of machinery that requires a coolant system that utilizes liquid helium. Redundant SCADA system for Train Tunnel Ventilation

Correctional Center Building Control Interface Upgrade

DMC integrated a pair of high performance HMI displays into an existing building infrastructure control system at a federal correctional prison.  DMC specified, provided, and installed hardware to integrate with the building's existing Modbus Plus network and Modicon PLC's.  DMC also created a new HMI program for the Magelis monitors that included sensor control, alarm monitoring, and door key control.
