Allen-Bradley PLC Programming Services
Our extensive PLC programming experience includes implementing powerful, high-performance systems utilizing the ControlLogix series, as well as more cost-focused solutions using the CompactLogix and MicroLogix series. We also program safe systems using Allen-Bradley’s safety PLCs, including GuardPLC control systems and SmartGuard safety controllers. Finally, we offer upgrade and modification services for legacy systems utilizing the PLC-5. DMC’s Allen-Bradley development is done using Studio 5000 and RSLogix 500.
DMC excels at integrating the Rockwell platform with other third-party hardware, and we develop add-on instructions (AOI) for OEM hardware manufacturers for distribution to end clients. We are proficient with many communication protocols including EtherNet/IP, Modbus, DF1, ControlNet, DH-485, DeviceNet, and Ethernet.
Our integration services go beyond PLCs, including motion control (Kinetix servos and PowerFlex VFDs), and HMI, SCADA, and MES development using PanelVIEW interfaces, RSView, and FactoryTalk.
