DMC is a project-based engineering consulting firm in Chicago focused on software development and control systems. We develop and implement solutions for a wide range of industries using a variety of technologies and platforms.

DMC's marketing team is responsible for managing our digital marketing, including SEM campaigns of thousands of keywords and dozens of campaigns, driving and executing our web content strategy, and managing our brand. We are looking for an experienced SEM analyst to help manage and improve our campaigns (in particular Google Ads and Microsoft Ads) on a daily basis in addition to long term strategy improvements. The varied responsibilities of the marketing team will allow for additional opportunities across a variety of interesting areas.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.4 GPA
  • Proven success in SEM, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads 
  • Analytics capabilities, using statistics for identifying and analyzing patterns, trends, outliers, and A/B testing success 
  • Advanced Excel capabilities 
  • Detail oriented individual with strong organization skills 
  • Ability to lead initiatives, teams, and meetings 
  • Proactive self-starter, Quick learner, great communicator 
  • Curiosity to learn about DMC's processes, services, and technical offerings 

What you'll do:

  • Analyze and Manage our Extensive SEM Campaigns on a Daily Basis 
  • Collaborate with Management and Engineers on SEM and other Marketing Initiatives
  • Report and advise on SEM adjustments and improvements based on analysis 
  • Use colleague input to improve SEM campaigns 
  • Improve our overall marketing strategy  
  • Support DMC’s marketing efforts, including but not limited to: SEO analysis and improvement, creating, editing, and posting web and social media content, and updating and improving our marketing strategy

Compensation:

  • $60,000 - $85,000 dependent upon relevant SEM experience and expertise.
