Jessica Mlinaric: When D.M.C. started the build out of our current office environment, we really had the opportunity to customize all the features that we wanted to see.
Courtney Mitchell: We have lots of natural light, it's open, lots of collaboration spaces.
Dan Lawler: We don't have a cubicle-style architecture in the office. It's more of a quad-style. So in my quad we have three or four people and it's very nice to have someone that you work with on the same projects right behind you. So if you have any questions you can ping it off of them and use their expertise from other jobs that they've done that might pertain to what you're doing.
Deborah Nunaley: We have very generous-sized cubes for most of the employees with glass partitions so it lets a lot of light in.
Female Voice: It's just nice how open and airy the office is.
Devon Fritz: I worked at a kind of a large company last summer, so it was -- you sat in a cubicle, kind of, in an office. But here you can look around, you can see half the company in this room.
Deborah Nunaley: Our kitchen is huge, which I personally love.
Courtney Mitchell: It's really big and beautiful and it's always full of snacks to keep our engineers going.
Jessica Mlinaric: My favorite snacks in the lunchroom are coffee, number one, yogurt and probably fruit.
Female Voice: The blueberries and granola. It's a good way to start the day.
Male Voice: I try and eat healthier stuff, like yogurts and fruit, but I still make my way to the candy section, so...
Courtney Mitchell: We've got an awesome roof deck that we throw lots of parties on.
Jessica Mlinaric: It's a great space. It's got a great view of the city, and it's really convenient to you, just to go up and grab a drink after work on a Friday or eat lunch and just engage with your co-workers and friends.
Dan Lawler: It's really good for having lunch or going up on Friday afternoons to have a beer, relax after a long week.
Devon Fritz: It's a really friendly office environment.
Female Voice: My favorite thing about the office is probably the people. There's a very diverse staff at D.M.C.
Jessica Mlinaric: We really like to foster a team environment, and open environment, and a lot of fun.
