Kaitlyn Heistand

Kaitlyn is a member of the Admin team at DMC’s Chicago office. She has developed strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proactive planning and problem-solving skills, through her previous experiences in the service industry and education. She graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time outdoors, working out, baking, and playing the flute.
