This summer we've been heading out to North Ave beach for Chicago Social's beach volleyball league. After a record-setting season, some notable contributions from DMCers include:

- Most winning attitude – Jeff
- Most improved – Katherine
- Most punctual – Dave
Jeff McCormick, DMC's leading outside hitter for the season, says he "really enjoyed the camaraderie" and he'll be "practicing night and day for next season."
