The Cincinnati office recently cashed in on some well-deserved fun at Dave & Buster’s for a retro arcade adventure! Known for its games, food, and an all-around energetic atmosphere, the team decided it was time to dust off the team’s power cards for an evening of D&B fun.
“This event has been popular with our office in the past,” said one of the organizers. “It gives everyone the freedom to play games they genuinely enjoy and the food is a definite bonus, too!”
The event took place on Tuesday, July 1st, just ahead of the holiday weekend, with the timing allowing more team members to attend and enjoy a midweek break.
The team enjoyed a variety of classic games:
- Dance Dance Revolution
- Guitar Hero
- Ski Ball
- Jurassic Park Adventure
- Virtual Reality games
- Motorcycle racing, and more!
“I think everyone got to play something they thought was cool,” said one attendee. “There was a lot of energy and excitement. It felt like everyone was engaged and having fun.”
Some favorites of the night included Dance Dance Revolution and Jurassic Park, where teammates teamed up or faced off for bragging rights.
For some, the event included new experiences: “This was the first time I ever played Guitar Hero. I learned pretty quickly that it’s much harder than it looks”.
Beyond the games and food, the event provided an opportunity to unwind and connect outside the workday. The relaxed vibe made it easy to bond as a team and recharge ahead of the long weekend. With friendly competition and a lot of tokens spent, Dave & Buster’s night was a complete success, and the Cincinnati team is already looking forward to their next Dance Dance Revolution rematch.
