Last week, our team had the opportunity to attend The Battery Show in Detroit. It was exciting to connect with manufacturers and engineers who are driving innovation forward in the electrification industry. The event was a great opportunity for DMC to showcase our capabilities for battery manufacturing and test automation. Battery Production Test Demo
At the NI/Emerson booth, we displayed a demo of our Battery Production Test (“BPT”) system for automated pack and module testing. The BPT is a comprehensive software and hardware solution designed specifically for the unique challenges of battery production.
What sets our solution apart is its flexibility and configurability. The BPT features simple battery test sequence step templates that make it easy to adapt to new product variants without starting from scratch. Through DUT variant management, customers can reuse sequences across different product models, dramatically reducing the time and effort required when designs evolve.
