DMC's Recruiting & Onboarding team is responsible for managing our full recruiting cycle to help us hire top talent, as well as organizing and facilitating a world-class onboarding process. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Recruiting & Onboarding team. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable recruiting and onboarding experience and to contribute to a growing company. The Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist will assist with job postings and resume review, so attention to detail is required.

What you'll do:

Recruiting 

  • Attract and communicate professionally with top talent
  • Manage job postings on various job boards
  • Manage campus outreach and maintain relationships with colleges
  • Prescreen resumes and manage in-house applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate resume and interview review process
  • Schedule and prepare for phone, online and onsite interviews
  • Schedule career fairs and on-campus visits
  • Conduct initial phone screenings, online interview, in person interviews and reference checks

Onboarding 

  • Coordinate a world-class onboarding experience
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hire correspondence
  • Launch onboarding workflow and ensure all tasks are complete 
  • Schedule and coordinate all new hire training 
  • Complete and process new employee forms and paperwork 

Employee Development & Culture 

  • Support ongoing development and training efforts
  • Manage employee knowledge plan system (TalentLMS) 
  • Facilitate mentor program
  • Planning welcome events and coordinate social and cultural DMC events

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.4 GPA
  • Strong computer skills - MS office especially 
  • Proactive self-starter who consistently goes above and beyond without being asked
  • Highly responsive & detail oriented
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment to support the collective workload
  • Experience with HR and Recruiting software a plus (Paylocity, Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.) 
  • Experience in a recruiting and onboarding related-role is ideal, but not required

Compensation:

Please note compensation is based on experience and credentials:

  • Entry level: $50,000 - $60,000

DMC typically evaluates compensation and grants raises on an annual basis (raise amounts are dependent on company and individual performance).
