DMC’s client needed an easier way to share a variety of documents with their customers that offered a better user experience. DMC offered a solution that resulted in a one-time implementation fee, saving the client money, as they were previously paying for a monthly service that allowed them to share documents with owners and staff.

DMC built an intranet on SharePoint Online that stored all the documents specific to the client. The internal site helped the client’s employees easily access information for documents pertaining to a specific customer.

We worked to ensure that the intranet was based on the specific person logging in and built a Web Part that grants clients access to their specific intranet using two-factor authentication with Microsoft Authenticator. DMC also built an extranet for the client’s customers to be able to log in and access their documents with ease.

Our expertise in SharePoint Online, React, and .Net allowed us to provide the client with a cleaner interface and an easier navigable, more organized method of file tracking. Our clients now have better visibility of their documents, and they can provide their clients with a branded user interface.
