Purpose
DMC is committed to responsible business practices and sustainability throughout our supply chain. This policy sets forth the expectations and requirements for all suppliers to ensure ethical, legal, and sustainable operations.
Scope
This policy applies to all suppliers, contractors, and business partners providing goods or services to DMC.
Requirements
1) Labor & Human Rights
- Prohibit child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking.
- Ensure fair wages and reasonable working hours.
- Promote non-discrimination, diversity, and inclusion.
- Respect freedom of association and collective bargaining.
- Safeguard the health and safety of all workers.
- Respect the rights of indigenous and marginalized peoples.
- Protect land and natural resource rights.
2) Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers should:
- Minimize greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
- Improve energy efficiency and use renewable energy where possible.
- Pursue decarbonization strategies.
- Manage water quality, consumption, and discharge responsibly.
- Control air emissions and maintain air quality.
- Use chemicals responsibly and minimize hazardous substances.
- Reduce, reuse, and recycle waste.
- Promote animal welfare.
- Protect biodiversity, prevent deforestation, and maintain soil quality.
- Limit noise emissions.
3) Ethical Business Practices
- Source materials ethically and responsibly.
- Prevent corruption, bribery, and money laundering.
- Compete fairly and comply with anti-trust laws.
- Prohibit counterfeit parts and ensure authenticity of products.
- Maintain accurate records and demonstrate financial responsibility.
4) Supplier Management
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on sub-suppliers.
- Comply with all applicable international standards and local regulations.
- Cooperate with DMC’s monitoring and audit processes.
- Implement corrective actions promptly when issues are identified.
Implementation & Monitoring
- Suppliers should communicate this policy to their own suppliers and ensure compliance throughout the supply chain.
- DMC may conduct audits and request documentation to verify compliance.
- Suppliers are expected to take corrective actions if non-compliance is identified.
Continuous Improvement
- DMC encourages suppliers to continually improve their CSR and sustainability practices.
- Suppliers should be proactive in identifying and addressing risks and opportunities for improvement.

By doing business with DMC, suppliers agree to uphold these CSR and Sustainability requirements.
