Aleks is a member of DMC’s Automation team in Chicago. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As a Project Engineer, Aleks designs and develops PLC and SCADA & HMI solutions for automated manufacturing systems using Rockwell Automation hardware, ABB robots, Ignition, and SQL. He helps manufacturers improve system reliability and flexibility, reduce cycle times, increase quality traceability, and visualize key process data to optimize production.
Aleks has enjoyed serving as a technical lead, architecting complete control systems, strengthening his expertise in Ignition and SQL, and building strong client relationships while solving complex automation challenges.
Outside of work, Aleks enjoys playing volleyball, exploring Chicago’s food scene, snowboarding, and traveling.
