Independent Cart Technology Benefits
Independent Cart Technology systems can be scaled to handle materials ranging from ounces to tons and meet high-throughput requirements. Since vehicles move independently in ICT systems, we have much more control over product flow, routing, buffering, and positioning than is possible with traditional assembly conveyor systems. MagneMover Lite and QuickStick offer a small footprint for flexible installation options for Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS), including in-floor or overhead-mounted systems and lift systems that move materials between levels. With no moving parts or particulate dust, they also provide great options for cleanroom environments.
