Payton is a member of DMC’s Recruiting and Onboarding team and is based in the Chicago office. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining DMC, Payton spent four years in technical recruiting, partnering with engineering organizations to identify talent across the Midwest. He enjoys building relationships with candidates and hiring managers and creating a positive experience throughout the recruiting process.
Outside of work, Payton enjoys playing recreational sports, golfing, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and searching for great restaurants in the cities he visits.
