Aaron graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering, and a minor in Global Health Studies. He is experienced in Siemens and Rockwell automation equipment, motion control, Fanuc robotics, and is Ignition 8.1 Certified. While at DMC, he has focused on ground-up PLC and HMI development for OEMs, as well as long-term production support in the automotive industry.

During college, Aaron spent time troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment in Tanzania, and developed functional specifications for a new medical device intended for use in South Africa’s Western Cape. His previous work experience includes machine-building for a neurosurgery research lab, where he created a custom device with high-precision motion control to study traumatic brain injury in human stem cells. When he's not working, Aaron enjoys playing games and going on adventures! You can usually find him camping, cooking, gardening, cross-country skiing, and brewing beer.
