Nick is a member of DMC’s Automation Leadership team and co-leads the Chicago Automation team. Since joining DMC in 2006 as a Controls Engineer, his role has expanded from engineering and project management to account management, business development, and strengthening relationships with DMC’s Automation partners. He focuses on ensuring clients receive strong technical solutions and an exceptional customer experience.
Before joining DMC, Nick worked for a custom machine builder, gaining experience that continues to inform his approach to solving client challenges. Throughout his career at DMC, he has contributed to projects across the confectionery, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Packaged Goods, and custom machine building industries. He especially values building long-term client relationships and helping new leaders grow within the organization.
Nick earned a B.S. in Engineering Physics with a specialization in Electromechanical Control Systems from the University of Kansas.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys watching his kids play soccer, hiking and biking in the mountains, and exploring national parks with his family.
