DMC Senior Project engineers have achieved expert level competency in multiple automation technologies and are experts at isolating problems in complex systems. Proficient at system-level interactions & ramifications, they create robust reusable software modules and disseminate knowledge about them throughout DMC. In the area of project management, Senior Project Engineers manage schedules and budgets, as well as determining and implementing critical path strategies for projects of varying size. They bring projects to closure by identifying and closing all loose ends and can accurately estimate their own and others' time for completion of novel tasks based upon a developed architecture. Senior Project Engineers design systems with novel approaches using less familiar platforms, and recommend optimum architecture from familiar systems and components. They also create proposals for new opportunities with existing customers and actively assess client satisfaction on a project basis.

Requirements

  • Work Experience: 4 - 7 Years relevant experience
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field

Compensation

Please note compensation is based on credentials, previous experience, and location.

DMC typically evaluates compensation and grants raises on an annual basis (raise amounts are dependent on company and individual performance).

Bonuses

One of the ways we recognize employees is through Extra Effort bonuses, intended to reward employees for periods of working extremely long hours, working more than the occasional weekend, or other acts of extra effort.

Additionally, DMC offers Site and Travel Compensation, which is intended to compensate employees for time spent working out of DMC's offices due to the travel requirements of the position.
