Carly is a member of the Recruiting and Onboarding team in Chicago. She is skilled in building rapport and mentoring others. Prior to DMC, she taught middle school math and science. She also recruited entry-level to Vice President level candidates for all industries at a staffing firm. Outside of work, you can find Carly taking dance lessons, cooking, crafting, and going on walks to the lake. Carly attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and graduated from the James Scholar Honors program with a B.S. in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in Math and Science.
