Carly is a member of DMC’s Recruiting team in Chicago, where she leads the company’s recruiting efforts and manages the recruiting team. She oversees hiring across DMC’s offices and teams, develops long-term talent pipelines, and partners with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
Her work focuses on improving hiring processes, systems, and the candidate experience. She revamped DMC’s campus recruiting process and led the implementation of DMC’s applicant tracking system and Lattice performance management platform. Carly also leads the Hiring Committee and serves on the Recognition Committee.
Before joining DMC, Carly began her career as a middle school math and science teacher. She then transitioned into staffing, recruiting candidates across a wide range of industries, from entry-level professionals to executives. She earned a B.S. in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in Math and Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she graduated from the James Scholar Honors program. She also holds an Illinois Professional Educator License with Math and Science endorsements.
Outside of work, Carly enjoys crafting with her Cricut, taking workout classes, cooking, going on walks, and spending time with her dog, George.
