Annabel is a member of DMC’s Recruiting team in Chicago. As a Recruiting Specialist, she oversees interview coordination and the candidate experience while supporting DMC’s campus recruiting and engagement efforts.
Annabel also leads recruiting training for new hires and continues to strengthen her knowledge of talent acquisition best practices. One of her favorite parts of recruiting is watching new employees grow and succeed in their roles at DMC.
Before joining DMC, she worked at a staffing agency, where she managed full-cycle recruiting for engineering and IT positions. Annabel graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Creative Writing.
Outside of work, Annabel enjoys reading, writing, and going to the gym.
