Courtney is a member of DMC’s Internal Operations team in Chicago. As Project Coordinator Team Lead, they lead the Project Coordinator team, delegate responsibilities, and support project processes across DMC.
Since stepping into this role, Courtney has enjoyed mentoring team members as they take on new responsibilities and navigate challenging situations. They have also strengthened their expertise in contract review and compliance, becoming a key resource for project teams across the company. Their project experience includes coordinating multiple systems for Northrop Grumman’s BOLE program, providing complex budget support across several Teya projects, and contributing to procurement efforts for Microsoft projects with DMC’s Manufacturing Center.
Courtney graduated from DePaul University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. Outside of work, they serve as Lead Organizer for Chicago Local 134, a supporters group for the Chicago Stars, and enjoy cooking at home with their wife.
