Rafael’s experience spans several technologies including using React for front-end development, HMI experience with Iconics, and SQL. In application development, Rafael has worked with Azure, Java, C++, and Typescript. His popular front-end tutorials cover React tips, working with legacy code, and Material UI Grids.
Rafael graduated from DePaul University with a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering. He was born in the Philippines and grew up in Illinois where he quickly fell in love with Computer Science. In his free time, he loves reading, archery, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and actions games like Monster Hunter.
