What is CSIA Certification?
The Control System Integrators Association is a global organization that develops best practices for control system integrators. Companies earn CSIA Certification by completing an independent audit that evaluates areas such as project management, quality systems, financial management, cybersecurity, and business operations.
Regular recertification audits ensure that certified companies continue to meet CSIA’s requirements, giving customers greater confidence in the integrators they work with.
CSIA Integrator Member of the Year
Each year, CSIA recognizes member companies and professionals whose service, leadership, and industry involvement make a meaningful impact on the system integration community.
In 2024, DMC received the CSIA Integrator Member of the Year Award at the CSIA Conference in Dallas. The award honors an integrator that has contributed significantly to advancing both the association and the system integration profession.
That same year, John Sullivan, Vice President at DMC, received the CSIA Emerging Leader Award, which recognizes professionals who demonstrate leadership, innovative thinking, and commitment to the industry. As Chair of the CSIA Emerging Leaders Committee, John has helped organize webinars and conference sessions and create a dedicated conference track for emerging leaders.
A Long-Standing CSIA Certification and Leadership
DMC first earned CSIA Certification in 2009 and has successfully maintained it through every recertification cycle.
Our involvement extends beyond certification. Since attending our first CSIA Executive Conference in 2008, DMC engineers and leadership have participated in conferences, technical presentations, peer groups, and committee leadership. In 2019, DMC Founder and CEO Frank Riordan was elected to the CSIA Board of Directors, reflecting DMC’s long-standing involvement with the association.
