After graduating from Rice University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Nick began his DMC career in Chicago before making the move to beautiful San Diego. Cooking new foods, rocking out to heavy metal, and ensuring every dog he passes gets a well-deserved pet remain important aspects of Nick’s everyday life. Other interests include camping/backpacking, board-gaming, and traveling to explore new places and visit friends.
As a member of DMC’s Automation team, Nick has technical expertise in PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, and Beckhoff), HMIs (Siemens TIA portal and Rockwell FactoryTalk View ME), and SCADA (WinCC OA and Ignition) and industry experience ranging from EV and oil & gas to pharmaceutical and genetic engineering
