DMC to Present at CSIA 2014 Conference

For the seventh consecutive year, DMC will attend the annual Control System Integrators' Conference. This year's CSIA Executive Conference will be held April 23-26 in San Diego, CA. Given Chicago’s current -15 degree weather (-40 degrees with the Windy City’s windshield), the sunny location is just one more reason to look forward to the conference.
DMC joined CSIA to learn more about best practices from our integrator peers, becoming CSIA Certified in 2009 and re-certified in 2012. While the certification process has helped us to validate and improve our existing processes, the presentations and informal meetings at the CSIA conferences continue to prove incredibly valuable in helping us improve our operations.
As always, this year's conference agenda is packed with fantastic presentations. I am fortunate enough to be able to share some of DMC's own best practices for "Finding, Hiring and Retaining the Best Engineers."
