Recruiting season is underway at DMC, and we are looking forward to meeting the bright students at some of the nation's top universities!

DMC is looking for smart, creative people who enjoy working with other smart, creative people to join our growing team. We are proud of our high level of client interaction and customer service, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. We regularly work with new technologies, so candidates should be excited to rapidly learn new hardware and software systems. Candidates should have programming experience or a high level of interest, and knowledge of controls systems is a plus.

We hire candidates with degrees in the following fields:

Electrical Engineering - Mechanical Engineering
Computer Engineering - Computer Science or a related field

Automation Engineer

A starting DMC Automation Engineer will immediately begin real, value-added work with a lead engineer developing automation and test systems for a variety of projects. New engineers will work on a wide variety of electromechanical and software engineering challenges in a team oriented environment to architect, design and implement mission critical solutions. Project cycles are short, ranging from weeks to months, not years. The engineer will eventually learn the skills necessary to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with the opportunity to lead new projects while acquiring technical knowledge, project management and customer management responsibilities.

.NET Application Developer

DMC has a challenging opportunity for an enthusiastic application development professional that has a desire to advance their technical skills and build business acumen. A .NET developer will apply hands-on system integration and custom application development with Microsoft-centric technologies. In this full-time position you will work directly with the DMC leadership team and gain exposure to the senior management of our clients.
