DMC recently passed our fifth CSIA audit. To maintain our certification by the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA), we are required to undergo a third-party audit every three years. CSIA Certification demonstrates best business practices for control system integrators.

Preparing for the Audit

CSIA recommends approaching an audit like managing a project. DMC assigns a champion to every piece of audit criteria to evaluate and update it. Storing our best practices on SharePoint makes it easy to access and link criteria to our best practices.  

Score and Improvements

DMC has been CSIA certified since 2009. During our most recent audit, we improved our score from 337 in 2018 to 353 in 2021.
