I am very proud to announce two new members have recently joined the DMC Team - William Mortl & Jason Mayes. Both of them are stellar additions to our team and both were educated in Indiana, putting the DMC Hoosier Quotient (DHQ) at an all-time high.
William joins DMC as a Senior Application Developer. He has an extremely diverse background in application development, science, math, and political science. As a graduate of Purdue with B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Physics. William has over 10 years of software engineering experience in a variety of industries and is currently pursuing M.S. degrees in Computational Finance and Computer Science from DePaul University.
Jason joins us as a Systems Engineer directly from Notre Dame where he graduated with B.S. and M.S. degrees and is wrapping up his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. At Notre Dame, Jason was involved in researching green technologies for geothermal application and taught Computer Aided Design. He conducted micro-gravity research at NASA's Johnson Space Center, and interned at General Electric Power Systems. He will be our second Ph.D. on staff and is looking to improve DMC’s performance in the Shamrock Shuffle next year.
We are currently in the midst of our fall college recruiting season & three out of six of the schools we're going to are in Indiana. Who knows, we might end up with a Hoosier majority before you know it.
