BREAKING NEWS: Unexpected Events at DMC Boston Holiday Party

Murder struck at DMC Boston’s second annual holiday party this year.

Held at Petit Robert Central Bistro in downtown Boston, the party was, at first glance, no different from any other holiday party; the night began with appetizers, cocktails, formal attire, and good spirits. But, around 19:30 EST, unforeseen events began to unfold.

According to authorities, every party attendee had been assigned a secret agenda in the preceding days, reputedly as part of a murder mystery game. This development may explain the mysterious guarded conversations overheard throughout the evening… which ranged from bribery and nuclear weapons plans to jewelry theft and murder.

DMC Boston’s game organizer and resident criminal mastermind, Jason Mayes, was “unsure” of the exact number of attempted assaults and assassinations throughout the evening… though Boston office head Dan Freve was said to be involved in “many.”

Miraculously, the only DMC casualty of the evening was Adnaan Velji, who was later confirmed to be working for the British secret service. Ryan Landwehr, the officer on duty, declined to comment on his failure to prevent the tragedy.

DMC President Frank Riordan, under the guise of Paris’ most eligible bachelor, also did not comment on the poor quality of law enforcement.

Amidst the many mysterious dealings, party attendees were fed an excellent dinner and as many drinks as they desired. “This steak is delicious,” said one employee in a statement.

Above: after the requisite toasts to the past year’s success, DMC employees were also each presented with one of many prestigious awards. Awards were given for such noteworthy accomplishments as being likely to star in a self-produced calendar and for being F***ing great.

In the end, everyone came away from the party full of good food and valuable new experiences with the criminal underworld. It’s hard to believe that DMC Boston has already been in business for almost two years, and we are all excited to see where the next year takes us!
