DMC will be attending the annual Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) Executive Conference held this year in Washington, D.C. from April 29 - May 2. It will be our eighth consecutive year attending the conference, and we look forward to all of the fantastic programming as well as the opportunity to network with peer integrators.

Since first attaining CSIA certification in 2009, DMC has valued both the opportunity to continuously improve our business processes and to share ideas with other integrators who are committed to advancing this industry.

I am excited to be among this year's presenters and to share some of DMC's best practices on the topic of Democratizing Digital Marketing: Motivating and Managing Your Engineers to Create Web Content. As a writer and marketer in an engineering environment, this topic is close to my heart and I look forward to engaging with the rest of CSIA's audience.

Authenticity is key to the success of today's marketing approach, yet motivating engineers to contribute to marketing initiatives can be a challenge for many technical firms. This presentation will outline the importance of engineer involvement in web content creation and highlight strategies for leveraging your talented team to generate content your audience will value.
