DMC to Present at AHTD Fall Meeting
DMC is excited to be presenting at the Association for High Technology Distribution’s (AHTD) Fall Meeting held in Banff, Alberta October 7-10, 2015.
DMC’s President and founder, Frank Riordan will be sharing some best practices on the topic of "How to Find, Attract, Hire, & Retain Top Entry Level Talent." The presentation will be held on October 8 at 1:15 p.m. and again at 3 p.m.
Hiring and keeping the best workers are among the top challenges for most any business. This presentation will discuss the benefits of hiring new college graduates and give specific methods for finding, evaluating and hiring top-performing entry-level candidates, as well as how to create a culture where they will be engaged and thrive.
