DMC Culture Deep in the Heart of Texas
As the rest of the Northern world bundles up in preparation for the upcoming cold, DMC Houston has selflessly elected to carry the torch, making up for lost outdoor time in the 75-degree Texas winter.
A hard life, indeed.
Since last we spoke, the Houston office has been working diligently to create and foster our own unique office flair. The addition of an office SONOS has filled our workplace with a delicate balance of country ballads, Christmas music, and heavy metal. Contributing to this buzz is the literal buzz of our most recent use of the activity fund: office quadcopters.
In true Southern form, the rest of our office activities always seemed to revolve around eating. Whether we’re partnering burgers with board games at Jason’s house, engorging ourselves at the local churrascaria, or chowing down on a Texas-size chicken-fried steak, the office has always found ourselves well fed.
The arrival of Erin from the Boston office was all the excuse we needed to chow down at Hay Merchant
The Houston office has also taken the responsibility of piloting the new DMC Merit badge system. In true ‘OneDMC’ spirit, visitors to the Houston office will find themselves adorned with the highly-coveted Texas pin.
