The Guide to Life at DMC Seattle

The Guide to Life at DMC Seattle

DMC Seattle is located on the 9th floor of Smith Tower, a historic skyscraper nestled in Pioneer Square, the oldest neighborhood in the city and just steps from the downtown waterfront.

The sprawling 360° views, cocktail bar, and ornate architecture make the tower a perfect home for the DMC Seattle team.

The DMC Seattle Office

DMC team members ride the beautiful brass-clad, glass-door elevators up to the office or the observatory deck and speakeasy-style bar, perfect for an afternoon happy hour.

On the 22nd floor of the building, there’s a lounge for building tenants with a big outdoor deck and a gorgeous view of Mount Rainier and the Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges.

Our offices are located right around the corner from three different bars that proclaim that they’re the “oldest saloon in Seattle,” as well as numerous excellent restaurants and coffee shops. It is a 15-minute walk to both the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Mariners stadiums.

Seattle Life

The DMC team takes advantage of all that Washington State has to offer, by planning trips and activities that explore the natural wonders of the region. The location of our office provides our team members and clients the opportunity to enjoy a picnic on the grass of a nearby park or take in a sunset over the city from one of the decks located in our building.

DMC teammates love to take hiking treks into the mountains outside the city. And just recently, the team went on a boating excursion out in Puget Sound and enjoyed the fresh sea air!

DMC Activity Fund

At DMC, the “Activity Fund” is a huge part of how our team is able to do fun activities together. Our offices across the country each have their own funds that they use to plan outings and promote positive connections between team members. Some of our past Seattle DMC activities include baseball games, escape rooms, axe throwing, historic underground city passage exploration, and dumpling dinners!

DMC Seattle's favorite office dog, Scout, helps the team relax during a busy workday. There's also a pool table to use when we need a break. Seattle team likes to take “plank” breaks in the afternoon to get in a bit of exercise!

Whether working hard on DMC’s latest projects, enjoying craft cocktails, or exploring the great outdoors, DMC Seattle enjoys exploring all of the opportunities this great city has to offer.
