Presenter Information

Rick Rietz - DMC, Inc. Since 2006, Rick has focused exclusively on delivering Microsoft Solutions for a wide-variety of small, medium, and large enterprise clients.  He has led several industry-focused SharePoint events, including workshops for members of the Tooling and Manufacturing Association (TMA), Manufacturers’ Agents National Association (MANA), Hand Tools Institute (HTI), the Alliance for Illinois Manufacturing (AIM), and the Control Systems Integrators Association (CSIA).

Rick holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University – Bloomington.  He also earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2006 and is an active participant in the Chicagoland PMI chapter.  Rick is a member of the Microsoft Partner Research Panel, whose purpose is to evolve and improve the Microsoft Partner Network and Microsoft's business products.

Anjali Bharadwa - DMC, Inc. Anjali has been managing SharePoint and Dynamics CRM Implementations since 2010.  In addition to Project Management, she works with clients as a business analyst to help identify requirements, configure SharePoint, SharePoint Designer and CRM, and train end users. Anjali has been working with sales and marketing teams since 2003 giving her extensive knowledge in the sales and proposal processes with a specialization in Industrial Automation manufacturers and consultants.  Recent SharePoint Implementations Anjali has managed include creating a SharePoint Electronic Lab Notebook, Aerospace Manufacturing Document Control,  Hospital Software Intranet and Extranet, and SharePoint Project Management sites. She graduated with honors from Illinois Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Engineering.  Anjali is a member of the SharePoint Users Group and has earned Microsoft Certification for CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration as well as CRM Project Management. 

David Ufford - DMC, Inc. David Ufford is a Senior Consultant at DMC, focused on Microsoft Solutions in SharePoint, Office 365, and Business Intelligence.  David holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University. Prior to DMC, David worked at IBM Global Business Services, where he consulted Fortune 100 clients on enterprise applications focused on accounting and procurement processes. 

Jim Demikis - Directions Training Jim is a dynamic instructor with over 17 years of experience in corporate software applications training. In addition to teaching most standard Microsoft Office programs, Jim has also learned and delivered training on specialized and proprietary business applications, and has extensive experience in helping to develop curriculum for customized training sessions.  Jim has an energetic delivery style and he draws on his experience teaching to a wide variety of clients to provide relevant business examples to his students. An excellent presenter and communicator, Jim can explain technical concepts in everyday language. He helps students understand not only how to use software, but also why this understanding can help advance someone’s personal and professional goals.
