DMC Has Been Named One Of Crain's Best Places To Work 2016 Ahead Of Its 20th Anniversary.
DMC was named as one of Chicago’s Top 10 “Best Places to Work” by Crain's Chicago Business for the third consecutive year. Crain’s highlighted DMC’s emphasis on offering a variety of work, a collaboration-driven environment, and an internal career development improvement initiative.
Crain's also noted DMC's low turnover rate, less than 5%, and unique company perks. DMC was the smallest in size of the top ten companies listed, which includes Microsoft and LaSalle Network. Founded in 1996, DMC will celebrate its 20th anniversary this July.

"[Employees] come here because there's a huge variety of work, a lot of responsibility from the get-go and the chance to work with smart, hardworking colleagues," DMC President, Frank Riordan, told Crain's.
DMC was first named to the Crain’s Top 10 “Best Places to Work” list in 2014 in addition to ranking on the “Best Places for Millennials” and “Best Places for Gen-X” lists and topping the list of “Best Places for Employee Engagement.” In 2015, DMC was again named among the best workplaces for Millennials and Gen-X employees.
The recognition is based on a set of employee and employer surveys of 50+ full-time employees. Areas surveyed included questions regarding pay, promotions, health care and other benefits, hiring practices, relationships with management and co-workers, career development, and other day-to-day workplace issues. Over 13,000 employees in the Chicago area took the survey.
Chicago employees promote teamwork across DMC's five locations with the OneDMC initiative.
"We're proud be named among Chicago's top employers again," said Riordan. "As we prepare to celebrate DMC's 20th anniversary this year, this recognition is a reflection of the great team we've built and our commitment to future growth for our employees and customers."
Crain’s Chicago Business "Best Places to Work" issue was released on April 2, 2016.
