The Chicago office recently filmed and debuted its first update video. These videos are shared internally at our monthly company-wide meeting and sometimes also on our YouTube channel. After a huge brainstorm and much debate, the Chicago team decided to focus our video on all the new employees that had been training in our office throughout the summer.
Emily Shanker, David Berno, Christian Owen, and Caleb Stoll all joined DMC just as we were making this video along with our returning intern and new hire for next summer, Kevin Service. Let's just say, they were really good sports about joining the filming…
Creating the video was a fun opportunity to get to know the new employees. We enjoyed working to come up with a script we thought represented Chicago and all that goes on around the office. For example, we included our ongoing joke about Project Manager Nick Shea's ability to "sense" out when engineers have availability.
