After being named the Best Place to Work for Millennials and ranked among the top three places to work for Gen X employees by Crain’s Chicago Business, DMC was interviewed by Flirt Communications to learn more about the company culture that abounds in our offices.

When asked what three words best describe the culture at DMC we decided on Smart, Innovative, and Fun. “Have Fun” is one of our Core Values after all, and it is a decidedly important factor in our day to day interactions and work life.  All of that fun, though, is balanced by our high standards in hiring smart people who are willing to work hard. We do our best to encourage not only work-life balance, but an environment that encourages and supports the "life" factor of that equation, as well as the work factor.

From happy hours, to ski trips and book clubs to concerts we do everything in our power to cultivate an engaging environment that fosters a spirit of like-mindedness and a fun loving atmosphere. We try to make every employee feel welcome and do our best to integrate them into the DMC community ASAP with welcome lunches, welcome parties and an all over easy transition.

All in all we’re pretty proud of our culture, and we’re honored to be recognized for it
