DMC is a Finalist for Crain's Best Places to Work 2018

DMC has been named a finalist for Crain's Chicago Business' annual list of Best Places to Work in Chicago. This program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the 100 best companies to work for in Chicago. The list of 100 Chicago companies was announced in an article by Crain's on March 26, 2018.

The Best Places to Work list seeks to highlight local businesses that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. This year, Crain’s partnered with Best Companies Group to survey Chicago employees about everything from their workplace to benefits to company culture. Applying to the program is a two-step process evaluating company policies and soliciting employee feedback.  

To be considered for participation, companies had to:

  • Be a publicly or privately held business
  • Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business, or government entity
  • Have a facility in the Chicago area 
  • Have a minimum of 25 full-time or part-time employees working in Chicago
  • Have been in business a minimum of one year

DMC was first named to the Crain’s Top 10 “Best Places to Work” list in 2014 in addition to placing on the “Best Places for Millennials” and “Best Places for Gen-X” lists and topping the list of “Best Places for Employee Engagement.” In 2015, DMC was again named among the best workplaces for Millennials and Gen-X employees. In 2016, DMC was named as one of Chicago’s Top 10 “Best Places to Work”, and DMC was listed as the #4 Best Place to Work in Chicago in 2017.

The full Best Places to Work in Chicago ranking will be announced at an event on April 12 and featured in the April 16 issue of Crain’s. DMC is proud to be named a finalist among other innovative Chicago firms. We look forward to honoring Chicago's Best Places to Work on April 12!
