DMC Named Crain's #2 Best Medium Business!

For the 7th time, DMC was named one of Chicago’s “Best Places to Work of 2022” by Crain's Chicago Business.

Crain’s partnered with Best Companies Group to survey Chicago-area employees to find the top places to work. The list of 100 finalists was announced in July, and the official rankings were announced at an event on September 14, 2022.

This year, DMC ranked 2nd among medium sized businesses 15th place overall!

“Everyone should be extremely proud of the culture we have and improve every day!” said DMC Founder and President Frank Riordan.

Evaluation Process

The Best Places to Work in Chicago program seeks to display local businesses in Chicago and its surrounding counties that have successfully created quality company cultures. Employees nominate their company by filling out an in-depth survey asking about everything from their workplace benefits to the opportunity to work remotely since the pandemic.

The program was open to all publicly or privately held organizations with at least 25 employees working in the seven-county area of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will in Illinois as well as Lake in Indiana.

Repeat Recognition

In 2019, Crain's named DMC the #5 Best Place to Work in Chicago. In 2018, we were named the #2 Best Place to Work in Chicago. DMC was listed as the #4 Best Place to Work in Chicago in 2017, and, in 2016, DMC was named as one of Chicago’s Top 10 “Best Places to Work.” In 2015, DMC was again named among the best workplaces for Millennials and Gen-X employees.

DMC was first named to the Crain’s Top 10 “Best Places to Work” list in 2014 in addition to placing on the “Best Places for Millennials” and “Best Places for Gen-X” lists and topping the list of “Best Places for Employee Engagement.”
