Alex graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. He began developing embedded systems for the Tufts research labs during his sophomore year and gained a passion for designing low-cost, high-tech laboratory and diagnostic equipment. He also likes inventing smart gadgets for his apartment, and one of these days will get around to automating his shower. When he's not working, you can probably find him surveying produce at the farmer’s market, cooking, playing squash, or tooling around Somerville, MA on his bike.
